I really enjoyed the place, had a comfortable stay on a business trip. The staff was really kind and catered to my every need. The rooms were exceptionally clean and equipped with a king bed and an air conditioner. Everywhere was fairly clean.

I like the idea that this property was located in Torrance near the mall.

There was only one staff that oversaw the entire hotel. There was a roach in my room (that the hotel staff had to come and kill)! They were not accommodating. It was New Years Eve, and I had to negotiate a rate in order for me to remain in the hotel in a different room which was far worse than the one I originally reserved. In addition, the manager accused me of removing bedding from the roach infested room which was ridiculous given the fact that it was "infested!" I was embarrassed to even tell my boyfriend about it seeing as how I only booked this hotel based on its surroundings. There were no dishes or utensils that were readily available in the room ("Extended Stay Suites?") When I called to request them, I had to go get them because of the shortage of staff. I will never stay here or any of their other establishments again!

The room was well-maintained and immaculately clean, I had comfortable experience.

The hotel was upscale, fairly clean. Everyone was understanding and courteous. I had reasonably priced room with a couch. The location was marvellous in a really quiet area, close to the mall or a fast food place. Ate at Frida Mexican Cuisine, it's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

This place boasts a fantastic location near the beach, offering spacious rooms with a king bed, TV, and a beautiful view, all recently updated.

I requested for a yellow minivan on checking out but arrangement was made for a yellow cab which was not convenient for me because of my family and luggages. Breakfast should be full instead of the snacks compare to the value of the money.

Everything was by walking to the front desk and requesting it. Coffee pot be sure to also get cups. Clean towels be specific on what you want and be sure to bring the dirty ones to the front desk there is no housekeeping

This place offers clean, reasonably priced rooms in a convenient location inside a shopping center, and there's a good dinner spot, Sushimon, just a short walk away.
